PDF Merger

Combine two or more PDFs into a single document in the order you choose. Runs entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded.

In-browser · no upload PDF → PDF

Runs entirely in your browser. Your files and text are not uploaded to our servers.

To merge PDF files, add the PDFs you want to combine, use the arrows to put them in order, optionally name the new file, and select Merge PDFs. All pages from each file are joined into one PDF, in the order shown.

Merging happens on your device, so it’s fast and private even for confidential documents.

How to use the PDF Merger

  1. 1

    Add your PDFs

Choose several files at once, or use “Add more” to add them one by one (up to 50).

  2. 2

    Arrange the order

Use the up and down arrows next to each file.

  3. 3

    Name the file (optional)

Otherwise it’s called “merged-” plus the first file’s name.

  4. 4

    Merge and download

Select “Merge PDFs” to create and download the combined file.

How it works

The tool copies the pages of each PDF, in order, into a new PDF document. Pages are copied as they are, so text stays selectable and images keep their original quality — nothing is re-compressed. Links and bookmarks inside the individual files may not carry over.

Features

  • Up to 50 files

Merge many documents in one go.

  • Reorder easily

Keyboard-accessible arrows to set the page order.

  • Lossless

    Pages are copied without re-compression.

  • Private

    Files never leave your browser.

When to use it

  • Combining scanned pages of an application form into one file.
  • Putting an invoice and its supporting receipts together.
  • Joining chapters or reports before sharing or printing.
  • Preparing a single PDF for portals that accept only one upload.

Limitations

  • Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first (use PDF Unlocker).
  • Bookmarks, form fields and links from the source files may not be preserved.
  • Very large merges depend on your device’s memory; on phones, keep the total under a few hundred MB.

Troubleshooting

“… is password-protected”
Remove the password with PDF Unlocker, then merge.
The merged file is large
Run it through PDF Compressor afterwards.
Pages are in the wrong order
Reorder the files before merging; to reorder individual pages, split the PDF first.
