These terms apply to your use of FreeToolConvert (freetoolconvert.com), operated by Celestial IT Verse Pvt. Ltd.. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The service
FreeToolConvert provides online tools for converting and editing files, formatting data, and calculations. Most tools are free and run in your browser. Some tools run on our servers and have a free daily allowance, after which credits are needed. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the files and text you use with the tools. You confirm you have the right to use them, and you give us only the limited permission needed to process them for you. Files processed on our servers are deleted automatically as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the tools on content you are not authorised to use, including removing passwords from documents you do not own or have permission to change;
- upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content;
- try to disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or bypass usage limits (including by automated means);
- use the service to violate any law.
We may limit or suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. You may delete your account at any time.
5. Credits, premium templates and payments
- Credits are purchased in packs shown on the pricing page and are used for server conversions beyond the free allowance, and for some biodata and invitation downloads. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card or bank details.
- If a server conversion fails, the credits for it are refunded to your balance automatically.
- Credits don’t expire. Unused credits are lost if you delete your account.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable except where a technical fault on our side prevented you from receiving what you paid for, or where the law requires. Contact us within 7 days of the purchase in that case.
6. Accuracy and results
We work to make the tools accurate, but conversions may not perfectly preserve every layout, font or feature, and calculators give estimates. Always check important results. See our Disclaimer.
7. Intellectual property
The site’s design, code, text and branding belong to Celestial IT Verse Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Third-party open-source components are used under their licences.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from use of the tools. Keep your own copies of important files. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date below shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
