To crop an image, choose it, drag the crop box and its corner handles over the part you want to keep, optionally lock an aspect ratio, and select Crop image. You can also rotate by 90° or flip it first.
On a keyboard: focus the crop box, use the arrow keys to move it and Shift + arrows to resize.
